Its Been A While!

Well it has been quite a while since I have done much with my blog, as you can see, but a few of my friends have started blogging and it has inspired me to give it another shot. I thought I would start out by giving a quick little update. Ross got orders to take a Basic Training Command at Fort Leonard Wood, so last summer we left wonderful Texas and headed to Missouri. We are renting a nice house in Waynesville that we really like. The girls have finally adjusted to the move and are doing well. Maddi is now 7 and is in 1st grade. She loves her teacher, and so do I, and she has made a few friends that we have over now and then. Kennedi is 4 and is in a Pre-K program that they have on post. She goes to school three days a week in the afternoon. I do not like it near as much as the Pre-K program that we had the girls in back in Texas, but she enjoys it and it is nice to have a little break once in a while. She will turn 5 in April and it is hard to believe that my baby is that old, I am having a tough time letting her grow up. I have started substitute teaching in the local school district and I am enjoying it a lot. I am trying to decided whether or not I would like to go back to school for another four years to get my teaching degree. Ross is doing well with his command although I am not sure that he is loving it. He does however enjoy watching the poor privates go through what he had to go through all those years ago haha!!
